The decor was exceptional for a hotel thatwas reasonably priced. The best part was the service I received from a staff member, Tay, who was not only professional, effective, and efficient but personable and friendly. She could be a staff trainer. No one else came near to her level.

Some food was available for extra payment in their Bistro. I did not use this. This hotel is conveniently located off Rt 84 so was acceptable for my purposes which was to break up a long drive from PA to RI

Courtyard Waterbury is go to whenever we visit family there. This particular trip had to be cancelled at the last minute. The staff was very helpful in completing that with me and I was EXTREMELY pleased with the final outcome. That being said Courtyard will continue to be our go to each time we visit.

I stayed in room 816 ..it was clean but had a mildew smell of rug ..so I did go out and get sum rug spray and lit a candle..that worked.. so I'll give my stay a 7
